アマナスワは、
天の中心と地球の中心と、素直な心身で繋がって、みんなと愛で和していく。
そのような輪としてはじまりました。

と同時にわたしは、小さい頃から舞う方が喜びで、様々な舞踊を体験してきた中、2001年、伊豆大島で、夏至の日に朝日を拝んでいた折に舞を授かり、同時にハワイ島で、古典フラに出会い、自然の神々と共に舞、フラを踊る日々がはじまりました。
ハワイ島では、仲間とフラを学び、火山や森で捧げ、にほんでは、ただ、祈りを舞に自然の中で朝日に捧げ、特別祈りとして、また、神社のお祭りで巫女として捧げることをしてきました。

古代の日本では、人々は、生活の中で天地の神々と共に喜び合う舞をしていたそうです。それを、古い記憶のように自分の中に感じます。

今は、神社の巫女さんが神社で舞うのが神楽舞です。

地球と宇宙を結ぶ大自然のなかで、または、そのような機会に、日々の行として舞うこと。
また、特別な機会に集う仲間と祈り合う輪で舞うこと。
それをしていくのが、アマナスワです。
わたしたちは、歌い舞ます。
また、自然界と響き合う音を奏でます。

音霊が場を開き。言霊を全身に響かせ、天地と一つに舞
います。
それは、懐かしい舞、一つになる感覚は、源に還る感覚です。
宇宙の源、地球の源につながり、自分な源に還り舞う。
それを分かち合って参ります。

Amanaswa means 
Unite with Universe and earth with pure mind, heart, body and spirit 

 Amanaswa was started as a circle to connect with Universe and earth with a pure mind and body, and to harmonize with all living of life in love.

  In 2001, I was given the opportunity to dance on the summer solstice in a island  Izu Oshima, Japan, when I was seeing the sunrise.

 At the almost same year, On the Big Island of Hawaii, I started studying ancient hula with and dedicated myself to the hula in the volcanoes and forests.  In Japan, I have been offering my prayer dance to the sunrise in nature and as a miko (shrine maiden) at Shinto shrine ceremony. 

In ancient Japan, people dances to rejoice with the gods of universe and earth in their daily lives.

I believe and I feel inside my old memory. 

 

 Nowadays, we can see Sinto shrine  maidens do dance at Shrine is Mai.

I share 

 To dance mai as a daily practice in the great nature that connects the earth and the universe. 

 Also, to dance mai in a circle of prayer with dancer gathered on special occasions.

In Amanasuwa Mai- sacred dance 

 We chant 言霊　Koyotama ( sacred words sound ) and dance. 

Sometimes alone. Sometimes together. 

 We also play ancient instruments such as sacred bell,  bowl, flute, drum…sounds that resonate with the nature. 

 

 音魂　-Ototama-The spirit of sound,  opens the place. We dance as one with heaven and earth, letting the spirit of words resonate throughout our bodies.

 We dance as one with Universe and Earth.

 It is a nostalgic dance, and the feeling of being one is the feeling of returning to the source.

 Connecting to the source of the universe and the source of the earth, we return to our own source and dance.

 We will share this with others.


和 Oneness, 空 Emptiness be unite with 神 Kami Universal Harmony.

And all living of life.

Basic Movements

 

Teaching class, 
Based on Japanese traditional Kagura dance, I will share posture, breathing, walking, sitting and standing basic movements.

Learning the basics movements, will dignify and clarify both body and mind.

Qui gong practice

I started practiced Qi gong when I was teenager.

By practicing Qigong, I feel that I am in harmony connected to the source,center of universe and earth, and nature.

Through qi gong practice, the body is relaxed, and chi is activated through body movement and breathing.

Every part of the body moves through chi, connecting with the elements of nature and harmonizing life.

 

 


Katakamuna

Ancient Japanese Utahi (words) wisdom 
 

Sing (Vocalize ) each word (Kototama) of Katakamuna Utahi (songs), 

we remember and feel energy and meaning of each word, and feel that we are living great universe and earth with harmony.

When we sing and dance Katakamuna Utahi, feel the universe within us, with in each tyny cells.

Prayer Dance to Sun

In Ancient Shinto practice, 
a Daily prayer to the sunrise (Amaterasu-Omikami) 

The name of Sun goddess "Amaterasu omikami" is also great prayer words (Kototama) .

When we chant this Kototama, cleanse all negative energy, then bring light in the heart, body and soul. we remember our honest brightness.

Since I learned, every morning, worship to sun, sing and dance Mai.

Receiving the power of the sun and the life of nature and nurturing love for all living, transcend religion, this is the way of Life living with Gods (Universe and Earth and all living on Earth)

Yoshie Ebihara

Dear Yoshie had past away, She is now in universe and become light.

We can still receive and feel her love and prayer by her songs.

We had been as sister freind since we met at Native American ceremony in Japan.

We went to Dharam Sara together, we were prayer companions long time, when I started dance Mai in 2001, Yoshie almost same time, she started to sing. Coincidently, we met again in this Shrine Tenkawa in Nara prefecture.

Since then we started do collaboration sing and dance together in special occasion for offering prayer.
